Dynafix are proud to have worked on this boutique development in the heart of Bondi Junction.  Built over 14 levels, with a selection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, parking, commercial and ground-floor retail/food outlet space. The project is ideally positioned with easy access to Westfield Bondi Junction, Bondi Junction Station and bus inter-change and Centennial Parklands.

Dynafix were engaged in the ECI process to develop the projecting window box with a tilt and turn window and fixed glazing. During the 18 month design process, Dynafix worked on the design to supply a pop out window with a fixed screen to supply contrast. With the assistance of Cad drafting and 3D printing Dynafix were able to satisfy both the client and architects expectations while working to the builders budget. Through the design process special consideration to thermal transfer and aesthetics along with buildability were the driver for the final design.
