Dan Kordiak

Managing Director

Dan has accumulated more than 15 years in the glazing industry since starting his career with a small glass and glazing company in Caringbah, NSW.  He soon discovered his passion for the glass industry:  It all started with an apprenticeship that Dan eagerly completed six months early, and which earned him Apprentice of the Year and a recognition-of-excellence award from TAFE.  Hungry for more and excited by the industry, Dan moved to a commercial aluminium window and door company, where he polished his glazing skills before dedicating himself to learning the aluminium window component, too.  From 2004, Dan successfully sub-contracted to various window companies, and then started to take on his own jobs.  Shortly after, in 2005, Dan created Dyna-Fix.  His enthusiasm, knowledge, and aptitude soon earned him recognition as an industry expert:  Dan and Dyna-Fix were selected as a 2006 Fuji Xerox My Business Awards finalists in the Best Young Gun category.  Since then, Dan has continuously nurtured and grown Dyna-Fix into a successful and respected open-book management company.  Today, his company employs talented staff in two adjoining factories at Kurnell, and engages a large sub-contractor base and experienced structural consultants.

Simon Kordiak

Manufacturing Manager & Estimator

With a solid hands-on background as a mechanic and technician of more than 15 years, Simon joined Dyna-Fix as a fabricator shortly after the company’s inception in 2005.  Instrumental in the development of the operations and manufacturing side of the business, Simon now manages the commercial and residential factories at Dyna-Fix, overseeing the work of all fabricators.  Involved from the first step of estimating a project, Simon is responsible for the effortless flow of manufacturing each window or door solution – from material order to finished product.     

Chris Bowden

Residential Sales & Project Manager

Chris combines over 10 years’ of valuable, practical building industry experience as an electrician and shotcreter with IT and senior customer relationship management knowledge gained at blue-chip companies.  From 2005, he deepened his project management, marketing, and customer relations expertise while working for premium brands in fast-paced environments.  Always hungry to widen his vocational horizon and learn more, Chris joined Dyna-Fix as our residential sales and project manager in early 2011.

Steve Tanko

Commercial Sales & Project Manager

Steve joined Dyna-Fix in early 2011 with over 35 years’ experience in the building and construction industry, based on a solid background and deep understanding of glazing.  For the past 25 years, Steve has worked as a project manager on a wide range of ventures.  They range from commercial interior projects to the new construction of major sub-stations, with contract values in their millions. Steve combines a deep understanding of our products and their manufacturing process with strong financial and management skills, and an expertise to co-ordinate our tradesmen – so each project becomes effortless for our clients.

Ashok (Ash) Kumar

Business Development Manager

Ash joined Dyna-Fix soon after its launch in 2005, bringing with him 25 years’ experience in the aluminium and glass industry.  He started his career at a New Zealand aluminium-window manufacturing business, where he rapidly worked his way up from general hand to manager.  After 15 years of playing a vital role in the management of his New Zealand employer, Ash migrated to Sydney, Australia.  The experience that he gained during his years in the aluminium and glazing industry includes Ash’s extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of all material aspects and related products, plus their design, production, marketing, delivery and installation.  Since joining Dyna-Fix, Ash has been an integral part of Dyna-Fix’s rapid and sustained growth.  Ash professionally and expertly assists our residential clients, architects, builders, and developers, growing Dyna-Fix’s business with a keen eye and steady hand.

Mariann Zuydervliet

Accounts & Office Manager

Mariann joined Dyna-Fix in 2007, to help our budding company with the accounting side of running a business.  We soon could not do without Mariann and her sharp eye for numbers and organisational talent.  She meticulously pairs her many qualifications in accounting and marketing with practical career experience in accounting and customer service, across the glazing and resources industries.  Mariann affably looks after all aspects of our accounts, payroll, customer service and office manager’s duties.  Today, she is an integral part of the Dyna-Fix success story.
